Drnach Environmental Wireless Data Access

We have updated our wireless data access to work with Windows 10, 8, and 8.1.

Drnach Environmental reccomends the most current versions of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Apple Safari as supported internet web browsers.

Upcoming Microsoft Windows 11 will no longer support Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you are running Internet Explorer 10 or earlier on Windows 10, 8.1, or 8, your computer may need updated in order to view graphs and data. To use Windows Update, open Control Panel and click Windows Update. These updates may take only a few minutes or up to several hours to complete, depending on the last time updates were performed. Viewing online reports may also require Microsoft Silverlight be installed or updated. If you are unable to make changes to your computer, you may need to contact your IT Department or Computer Administrator in order to access those privledges.

If you are having issues downloading data after logging in, try our steps in this PDF to change settings in your web browser.

If you are still having issues, Open Internet Explorer, Click "Tools", then "Internet Options". Click the "Security Tab", then the "Sites" button. Type in www.drnachenvironmental.com, and make sure the "Require server verification(https:) for all sites in this zone" is unchecked, click "Add", then "Close."

Drnach Environmental, Inc. instituted a wireless data access (WDA) service for our clients who desire immediate raw data access and alarm capabilities. This has evolved from our work with Telog Instruments, Inc. and incorporates the use of Telog’s hardware and Enterprise software.  Using local cellular technologies, Drnach Environmental, Inc. developed this program which is maintained and accessible through Drnach Environmental’s secure, password protected WDA system.  Our goal is to provide our clients with all of their flow and WDA needs, as a single service provider.
